Frustrating doctor care with confusing medical advice

My doctor recommended B12 injections every three months, but only informed me about this after a full year. Throughout the past year, I've had at least 6-7 appointments with her. My latest report from 01/07/2025 revealed a serious B12 deficiency. Following my blood test results, a nurse scheduled 5 B12 injections for me. However, during my third injection, the doctor claimed I can only receive 4 injections per year and questioned who authorized the additional shots. Furthermore, after my recent blood test, my diabetes medication was modified, and now she's changing my prescription again within just two weeks. The entire situation is extremely bewildering. There's no proper follow-up from my GP, and the doctor seems unfamiliar with my medical history, instead asking me who prescribed certain medications. Ideally, all this information should be readily available in the GP's system.

One of the most disappointing medical clinics I've encountered! Completely futile and draining experience! Their phone lines are perpetually congested, leaving patients hanging indefinitely. The physicians consistently disregard scheduled appointment times, yet paradoxically demand punctuality from patients, threatening to deny consultations for even slight tardiness. This abysmal service has been a persistent issue for an extended period.

Terrible customer service at local medical practice

Absolutely dreadful service at this medical practice. Without fail, whenever I visit, their phone is continuously ringing while the receptionists are engrossed in conversation, completely ignoring incoming calls. This morning, I attempted to schedule an urgent appointment and had to endure 6 separate call attempts. Each time, they let the phone ring for around two minutes before finally answering. Completely unacceptable!!!!!!!!

Terrible healthcare with incomprehensible medical staff

Absolutely dreadful establishment! Complete financial drain! The wait is unbearably long! The medical staff are terrible! Their language skills are so poor that even the front desk personnel struggle to comprehend them. I'm not being discriminatory, but when consulting a physician, I expect to understand what they're communicating. Truly an awful encounter overall! I'm determined to switch healthcare providers, regardless of distance from my home! I'd give zero stars if the rating system allowed it! :(
