Absolute disaster of a healthcare facility - the most incompetent medical center I've encountered. The reception team, in particular, is shockingly unprofessional and represents the lowest standard of customer service in the entire healthcare sector.

Worst healthcare experience ever avoid at all costs

Absolutely dreadful. You'll perish waiting for any response from the front desk. Around 80% of the medical staff are irritable, condescending, and unpleasant. There's a complete lack of empathy from everyone. I've been coming here for a while, and I'm almost never content with the service. Utterly terrible 👎👎👎

Worst medical practice ever terrible customer service

The service was absolutely appalling, with the front desk personnel fabricating stories during our phone conversation. Upon uncovering their initial deceit, I contacted them again, only to be met with further dishonesty. My persistent questioning revealed their true intention: concealing the fact that no physicians were present, and only a nurse practitioner was working a half-day shift. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with this unacceptable situation, their dismissive response was, "You're free to find another doctor" - a shockingly unprofessional attitude! This medical practice is clearly failing its community completely. I strongly advise against registering with this practice, and urge current patients to seek alternative care. One can only hope that such substandard healthcare services will be eliminated by the current political administration.

Frustrating nurse dismisses patients needs repeatedly

After nearly three years, I consistently encounter a nurse who refuses to prescribe any medication. We arrive feeling unwell, hoping for compassionate care, but the nurse simply dismisses our concerns. We didn't take time off from school, work, or college just to be told we're "fine." I've only seen a male doctor once, and that experience was completely different - I was actually listened to, properly treated, and my issue was resolved. I'm now compelled to search for alternative healthcare providers. I'm surprised to discover this nurse-related problem seems so widespread.
