The service has been consistently excellent — scheduling appointments is straightforward, and I have consistently been attended to at my designated appointment time, which I find very reassuring. During my recent visit, I met with a clinician whose professionalism and attentiveness impressed me greatly. They demonstrated strong expertise, were communicative and reassuring during my consultation. The clinician gave my concerns proper consideration, offered helpful guidance, and arranged the necessary investigations. I returned to the practice recently for routine health assessments and blood work with members of the clinical team. I was very satisfied with how the appointment was handled. The staff demonstrated efficiency, maintained a professional manner, were personable and approachable, and showed genuine engagement throughout, which contributed to a reassuring and comfortable experience. Overall, this has been an excellent and positive service.

I attended an appointment for a blood test and due to having particularly small veins, I typically find this procedure challenging and usually need to attend the hospital for such tests. However, I was very impressed with the healthcare professional who performed the blood test at the surgery. They were exceptionally reassuring throughout the process, managed to take the sample without causing any discomfort, and demonstrated a high level of skill in carrying out the procedure.

I've been a patient at this practice for over 20 years. My regular GP has always been very caring and takes time to listen to my concerns. I have consistently left appointments feeling that I've received appropriate treatment. It's increasingly difficult nowadays to see the same GP regularly, but I've been fortunate to maintain continuity of care with my regular clinician, which has been genuinely beneficial. There is also another doctor at the practice who is equally caring and attentive when listening to patients' needs.

I am utterly and perhaps profoundly impressed with my recent consultation! Meeting with the clinician for the first time was a surprising revelation—they stood out immediately as the first doctor at the surgery who I know definitely read my notes thoroughly. The depth of their explanations yet simply expressed, was out of the ordinary compared to the usual NHS doctor approach. In fact, they made me feel as though I were consulting with a private physician rather than a GP within the NHS. To put it simply, they exceeded every expectation I had about what care in the NHS could look like. It's genuinely heartening to know that individuals like this exist within the system, providing exceptional care that feels so personal and thoughtful. If only more practitioners shared this dedication and expertise! While I selfishly hope they remain at the practice forever, it's clear that this outstanding clinician is destined to go far in their career. Until then, I'm deeply grateful for the gift of having access to such a remarkable doctor within our practice and indeed our public healthcare system.
