My appointment was with a member of the nursing staff. They were delightful, efficient and professional.

Reception staff made all the difference this time

October 2025 - I've updated my rating from 1 star to 4 stars, primarily due to the exceptional support from the reception team and nursing staff. Both were outstanding! The reception team has consistently demonstrated kindness and helpfulness whenever I've needed to contact the practice. I've previously found blood tests challenging with different staff members, but the nursing team provided a professional, efficient, and comfortable experience during my recent appointment. I now feel confident requesting this team for any future blood work. 2024 - I experienced significant difficulty obtaining an appointment, and the reception staff displayed a notably unwelcoming demeanor. I'm uncertain about the reasons behind this approach.

I found them to be an excellent practitioner who approached my care with genuine compassion and managed my condition very effectively. All members of staff at the practice have been professional, efficient, and respectful throughout my visits.

The doctors have consistently demonstrated excellent care and attentiveness, always taking time to listen carefully to my concerns. The reception staff have also been notably helpful and accommodating throughout my visits.

Reception sorted holiday prescription quickly

I just wanted to share how amazing the staff member has been. They recently helped me sort out my repeat prescription as I was going on holiday, and they couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. They also assisted me with a sick note, handling everything quickly and efficiently. I've noticed they are new, but you honestly wouldn't know it—they're already a fantastic addition to the team! Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier.

Medication delay after address mix-up

I've generally had positive experiences at this practice, however there was a recent issue where there was confusion about my address details on file, which I believe was incorrect. This has caused a significant problem as I'm unable to access my medication, and not having it for a couple of days has left me feeling quite unwell and low in mood.

This is a fantastic practice. I saw a clinician who is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly review my health concern and optimised my medication perfectly. Their bedside manner is exceptional - calm, reassuring and genuinely caring. I felt completely confident in their expertise, they're truly one of the most intelligent and compassionate healthcare professionals I've met.
