Should I ever relocate back to this area on a permanent basis, this would be my only choice for registration. The practice deserves recognition beyond the standard rating system. Receptionists unhelpful when requesting repeat prescription

Very disappointing experience as a new patient attempting to obtain a repeat prescription within a week. The reception staff came across as condescending, and a clinician made significant changes to my medication without any discussion or prior appointment. Having never met me, they provided no explanation for their decision. I do not feel assured about my care going forward. Not even one star.
