Medication handed over with wrong patient details
The service fell significantly short of expectations. When collecting my medication, I received a bag that had another individual's complete information sheet attached to the outside. This sheet contained full personal details including name, date of birth, and full address with postcode. It appeared that no verification was carried out before the medication was handed over. I would recommend exercising caution when using this pharmacy, as there seem to be gaps in their checking procedures. I would rate this experience as low as possible if the system allowed.
