Sophie, the delightful receptionist, helped me explore an alternative solution by suggesting I send images through my GP's email. Remarkably, just two minutes after sending the pictures of my son's facial rash, I received confirmation that Dr. Vardhan would be reviewing them. This practice truly exemplifies exceptional patient care and efficiency.

Impossible to Reach Receptionists at This Clinic

The medical practice is an absolute nightmare. Their reception is completely inaccessible - I've repeatedly attempted to contact them and been consistently blocked. When I tried to use the GP service, I was abruptly told it was no longer available, and then found myself unable to reach anyone at the reception desk. Since transferring to this practice after moving, I can confidently say it's been the most regrettable healthcare decision I've ever made. Their communication and accessibility are shockingly poor.
