I repeatedly explained the critical deadline for receiving my work pay and was deceived twice. They promised the document would be completed on Friday, but it wasn't. Then again on Monday, they assured me it would be sent that afternoon, yet nothing arrived. As a result, I lost £250 of my monthly income due to their inexcusable delays. Their service is completely unacceptable, and I will absolutely never return to this facility again.

Only after my spouse intervened and we consulted an alternative doctor did I receive a referral and undergo a corrective surgical procedure. While I initially remained with the practice following this incident, my dissatisfaction intensified when I became concerned about my son's medical care under the same doctor. Discovering that I couldn't consistently schedule appointments with alternative practitioners ultimately prompted my decision to seek healthcare elsewhere.

Prescription management was previously a recurring source of stress, with issues arising from both my mistakes and administrative processes. Delays would occur due to unsigned doctor authorizations or premature submission. Recently, however, the process has become seamless. I no longer experience anxiety about prescription handling, confident they will be processed efficiently. I had a consultation with Dr. Khateri on the 8th, which went smoothly, and she instructed me to schedule an ECG at the reception. I booked the appointment for the 9th (today) at what I believed was 1:10 PM with the nurse. Upon arriving at 1:00 PM, I was informed that the appointment was actually at 12:50 PM, and I had missed it. Although I wasn't provided with a detailed slip, I wasn't concerned since I had signed up for text confirmations. Unfortunately, I never received the expected text reminder, which led to my late arrival and subsequent "no show" status—a frustrating situation, especially considering I was only 10 minutes late. To make matters worse, I'm leaving on Sunday for a two-week period and will likely miss what seems to be a crucial medical procedure. Needless to say, I am thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience.
