Surgery delayed death certificate without taking responsibility

Steer clear of this practice. We experienced deeply unsatisfactory service when attempting to obtain the necessary documentation following our mother's passing. The surgery appeared to make errors in the process and subsequently shifted responsibility elsewhere, which has resulted in ongoing delays that have prevented us from arranging the funeral a week after her death.

After relocating and needing to register with a new practice, I can genuinely say this surgery stands out as excellent. My initial encounters with the nursing team were wonderful, as was my subsequent visit. I had a telephone consultation with one of the clinicians who was attentive and provided thoughtful guidance. They came across as genuinely interested in my wellbeing, which feels uncommon in healthcare nowadays. My interactions with the reception team have also been very positive. I would certainly recommend this practice to others.
