My spouse suffers from non-eosinophilic asthma. During our recent consultation, we met a compassionate nurse named Helen who assisted us with his inhaler needs. She kindly provided us with a new inhaler to experiment with and her genuine concern made us feel truly supported. We are grateful for her help.

Verging on Appauling

This practice has merged with others and quite simply the service has dropped off a cliff. I believe they do not have the staff to service the requirements of the community. Number 39 in the queue, little clinical follow up and barriers to seeing an actual GP with clinical assistants used as filters. Thoroughly unhappy. I have personally seen extremely poor service for my arthritic joint. Sent a letter of complaint in four months ago now, no response bar acknowledging . If there was anyone else I could go to I would . AVOID. If you can register further away.

Consolidating multiple medical practices under one roof sounds promising, but the parking situation quickly becomes a nightmare. With an increased patient volume comes a proportional surge in parking needs. Finding a spot can be so challenging that you might as well attempt the impossible task of weaving mist into fabric.

Confusing medical appointment leads to unexpected outcome

When I called the clinic seeking medical attention due to feeling unwell, the receptionist phoned back shortly after and surprisingly suggested my husband consult a dietician instead 🤔 which wasn't what I wanted - I needed to see a physician. My husband ultimately ended up on antibiotics, and even the doctor seemed perplexed by the initial mixed-up communication 😳

I've been a patient at this medical practice since 1983 and remain extremely pleased overall. In the past year, I've needed to contact them several times and have consistently received same-day appointments when calling in the morning. Today, I was able to secure an appointment just 45 minutes after my initial call. If all healthcare practices operated with such efficiency, the National Health Service would undoubtedly be significantly improved. My heartfelt congratulations and sincere thanks to the staff.

Absolutely appalling! The service here is completely absent. With my wife battling type 2 diabetes and requiring her medication, she's been unable to reach anyone at reception due to their perpetual phone silence. It's evident that this practice is overwhelmed by the influx of patients transferred from other clinics. When staff fail to perform their basic responsibilities, they demonstrate nothing short of professional incompetence.

Terrible customer service that leaves patients frustrated

Customer support is terrible - you can spend hours on hold when calling, or send emails that vanish into thin air. I've sent three separate emails over the course of a week, and not a single one has been acknowledged. Their recent merger seems to have only amplified their existing organizational dysfunction, creating an even more chaotic and ineffective system. The overall service quality is absolutely abysmal. As for the medical professionals themselves, I cannot offer any insight because I'm completely unable to even schedule an initial consultation.

This was an excellent training session. However, now it's extremely challenging to secure an appointment with a general practitioner. Additionally, phone calls go unanswered for extended periods. I'm frustrated that they've expanded their patient load at the detriment of existing patients like myself.

Phenomenal Bridlington Vaccination Center!! My journey from Driffield to receive my Covid 19 booster on Saturday, November 27th, was necessitated by the difficulty of finding a local appointment. The operation was incredibly streamlined, with medical staff and volunteers collaborating seamlessly to administer vaccines at an impressive pace. Every individual involved demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and a shared commitment to the vaccination effort. I estimate they likely vaccinated well over a thousand people that day, which is truly remarkable! The trip was absolutely worthwhile and demonstrated how effective organization and teamwork can produce outstanding results. Congratulations to the entire team!!
