Locums can't match the regular care here

The clinical staff here are fantastic. They always take time to understand what's troubling you and demonstrate a very caring approach. I've been registered at this practice for nearly 20 years and would happily recommend it to others. The only minor drawback is when locum cover is needed, as I don't always find them quite as considerate, but everyone deserves a break from work, especially those in general practice 😊.

Both my mother and I have consistently had positive experiences at this surgery. The reception team have always been remarkably supportive, warm and professional, demonstrating genuine care whilst managing matters in a courteous, respectful and organised way. I should also mention that on a personal level, the clinical staff have always provided excellent care for my mother, particularly over recent years as her health has presented various challenges.
