Front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful

The poorest customer service experience I have encountered. I attended in the morning to complete registration for my child, despite having done so previously, only to find it had not been recorded in the system. The receptionist appeared disengaged and unwelcoming, and I found her manner to be dismissive and abrupt. I would strongly advise against recommending this practice.

Front desk failed to print my test results

Phone queues are frustratingly long and unhelpful

Calling the practice during morning hours or at any time can result in lengthy waits of around twenty minutes or longer before reaching someone. The reception team could be more accommodating, and their demeanor sometimes comes across as indifferent. A friend attended an appointment and was cleared by the medical professional within a few minutes, yet shortly after arriving home, she needed to seek urgent care at another facility and was subsequently admitted to hospital for the same concern that had just been assessed. This experience has left me with significant doubts about the practice's management and overall service quality, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others.
