Receptionist's quick callback made all the difference

I was visiting the area when my young child developed an uncomfortable rash across their body. I attempted to arrange appointments at several local medical practices without success. One surgery responded to my call within an hour, asked me to provide a photograph of the rash, and was able to see my child within half an hour. The reception staff member was warm and supportive, and the clinician was thorough and patient, leaving us feeling much more reassured. Call back system got me seen within the hour

I recently experienced concerns with a wound on my ankle that I believed might have become infected. I contacted the practice and was informed that phone lines had considerable wait times, though they offered a Call Back option to contact me at the earliest opportunity. I received a return call within an hour, during which I described my situation and was promptly offered an appointment within the following 45 minutes. The appointment was scheduled for 1500. I arrived at 1450 and departed by 1508 with a medicated dressing applied and an additional dressing provided for future changes, along with a follow-up appointment arranged for two days later to monitor my recovery. The service exceeded my expectations. I am aware of various accounts regarding other practices in my locality, but this surgery has consistently provided reliable care. Thank you

Receptionist quickly arranged my blood test appointment

Called the surgery earlier today and found the receptionist to be extremely accommodating. I required a blood test and was able to secure an appointment very quickly, with directions provided to the local hospital. The appointment was arranged efficiently, and I was able to complete the procedure and leave within a short timeframe of the booking being made. The service provided was excellent, and I appreciated the support from both the reception team and the phlebotomy staff at the hospital.

Quick response when my practice wasn't available

I became unwell during a holiday and was unable to reach my regular practice until the following day.
