I scheduled a telephone consultation to obtain medication for my disability, but was informed I must appear in person. I then arranged an in-person visit via phone. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment later that week, I was unexpectedly told no appointment had actually been made.

Terrible Dr’s with no care for patients

Both Dr Emilini and Dr Adeeb have zero respect for patients. They speak down to you, over you (with an extreme loud tone), they are patronising and eventually hang up the phone on patients without warning. I will be taking this matter further with CQC. As 3 members of my family have already experienced this, however I stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt and remained a patient to their surgery. I WILL BE MOVING TO A SAFER GP!! I feel they are racist towards myself and my family because we are Muslim. They do not take us serious which unfortunately led to a family member being diagnosed with a serious life threatening disease. THINK VERY HARD BEFORE DECIDING TO JOIN THIS GP, AS YOUR LIFE LITERALLY REMAINS IN THEIR CARE!!!

Months of pain and dismissive staff

For months, I've been suffering from persistent pain, desperately trying to communicate something was seriously wrong with my health. I repeatedly called, seeking my medication prescription or hoping to persuade the doctor to order necessary medical tests. When I visited in person, the receptionists mockingly laughed at my urgent prescription request while I was in tears. I desperately needed the medication that day to manage my symptoms and continue working, but they callously dismissed my concerns, saying "it's not our problem, wait for the doctor's response". I endured a two-week waiting period, gradually doubting my own condition and almost believing the doctor's suggestion that it was psychological. For eight continuous months, I experienced unrelenting pain without a single day of relief, and I was unable to sleep past 4 am. Despite the challenging journey, I'm now grateful because I finally understand my medical condition and can proceed with surgery - something I could have potentially avoided if I had received the appropriate medication earlier.

Endless waiting and rude staff at clinic

I've reached my breaking point after years of frustration with this healthcare provider. The problems are numerous: 1) Reception staff consistently display rudeness and a complete lack of empathy 2) Doctors routinely run late for appointments and show zero flexibility if you miss their delayed call, refusing to reschedule or call back shortly after 3) Booking a phone consultation involves an absurdly long waiting process, regardless of medical urgency 4) The medical approach is perpetually passive, with doctors always recommending a "wait and see" strategy instead of providing actual treatment or solutions, even in critical situations 5) Despite my thalassemia diagnosis, I've been unable to get blood tests for five consecutive years. This level of medical negligence is unacceptable, and I absolutely cannot recommend this practice to anyone.

Rude receptionists ruined our clinic experience

Since joining with my daughter, scheduling appointments has been an ongoing nightmare. Each time, I've had to become confrontational just to secure a consultation with a physician. Their booking system is completely unreliable - they claim to be fully booked, yet when you arrive at the clinic, it's practically empty. The receptionists are consistently discourteous, both during phone interactions and face-to-face encounters. They display zero compassion or professional commitment, often dismissively avoiding calls. It's truly unfortunate because the medical staff themselves are competent. However, these receptionists are single-handedly destroying the practice's already poor standing. I'm definitively switching healthcare providers today.
