The recently hired reception team is absolutely dreadful. They display an unwarranted attitude of superiority and condescension without any justification. I'm baffled by their recruitment, as individuals with such an unprofessional demeanor have no place working in a medical practice. They've consistently demonstrated rudeness and an unpleasant disposition on numerous encounters. In contrast, the previous staff created a warm and reassuring environment before your consultation, and fortunately, a few of those excellent team members are still present.

I seldom bother writing reviews, but the front desk staff have left me so frustrated that I feel compelled to share my experience. Without fail, every interaction I've had with them has been characterized by discourteous behavior, lack of professionalism, and talking over me during conversations. Following guidance from 111, I requested an urgent same-day appointment with my doctor, which I clearly communicated to the receptionist. She confirmed the booking for the same day, yet the confirmation text revealed it was scheduled for the following day. While I understand errors can occur, my subsequent attempt to resolve this was met with absolute resistance, including zero acknowledgment of the mistake and continued disrespectful attitude. These interactions are consistently so unpleasant that I am seriously considering switching medical practices altogether.

The receptionist was incredibly discourteous and offensive. Her telephone manner towards my wife was deeply inappropriate and disrespectful. She demonstrated zero willingness to assist and even made disparaging remarks about religious beliefs. This establishment urgently needs to reevaluate their employee's conduct and professional standards.

Obtaining a straightforward medication refill takes an absurd amount of time - over ten days. I'm forced to make multiple weekly visits to the doctor's office just to get my essential medications. The reception team needs a complete overhaul so that patients can actually feel welcomed and respected when seeking medical care.
