The medical practice has seriously deteriorated. Getting through on the telephone is challenging, and if you manage it, the experience is frustrating. I successfully made contact, requested a consultation with a doctor, and the receptionist took my information, assuring me someone would respond that day. Unsurprisingly, no communication followed. A week passed with zero follow-up. My trust in this practice has been completely eroded, and this isn't a new occurrence. On the rare occasions you actually interact with staff, you're treated hurriedly and made to feel like an inconvenience.

I brought my elderly mother to the Glaucoma clinic, and despite my initial skepticism based on previous reviews, I was completely surprised. The staff were incredibly compassionate and highly skilled. They were genuinely wonderful and made my mother feel completely comfortable. Although the clinic was a considerable distance from our home, requiring a 30-minute drive, every moment was absolutely worthwhile. Compared to numerous other medical appointments we've experienced, this was unquestionably the most exceptional and positive encounter.

Terrible. Completely terrible. I've endured endless frustration for months, with their online consultation being utterly inadequate, and scheduling an appointment seems impossible. The phone lines are perpetually unattended; I've been attempting to reach them for months just to secure an urgent appointment. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE answers. I'm completely baffled by their consistent unavailability. Though I'm not a medical professional, my personal research has led me to believe there's a serious issue with my health, and without prompt treatment, I'm genuinely concerned about potential consequences.
