It was the second time this staff member took my blood and it was lovely to see them as they are friendly and make me feel relaxed. Needles are always a bit stressful but despite some difficulty locating a suitable vein, they were quick to get the process done. Thank you and I hope to see you next time.

Whenever I've required an appointment, booking has been straightforward and efficient, with appointments typically available within a few days or sometimes even the following day. The team consistently demonstrates professionalism, kindness, and a welcoming approach, which contributes significantly to a positive overall experience. I feel well cared for and supported throughout my interactions with the practice. I would recommend this practice to others.

Reception team went above and beyond

A member of the nursing team was excellent in their work. The clinician who was originally scheduled to see me was unavailable, and another nurse very kindly agreed to see me instead, despite having a particularly busy schedule. I really appreciate their kindness and consideration. I would also like to give special mention to the reception team at the practice, as they consistently go above and beyond to help patients, which is increasingly uncommon nowadays.

Reception staff helped us access new online platform

A new online healthcare services platform has recently been introduced and appears to have promising features. However, it appears that a number of patients did not receive the access credentials needed to use the facility. During a recent visit to the practice, I and several other patients received excellent assistance from a member of staff who helped us gain access and provided guidance on how to navigate the new service. 👌

Pharmacist dismissed asthma concerns during callback

I arranged a callback appointment due to a respiratory illness that had progressed to affect my chest. During the call, I received advice to use over-the-counter remedies, which I followed for approximately ten days. When I mentioned my respiratory condition, there was a disagreement about whether this applied to me. The staff member suggested this might be because my medical history hadn't been fully transferred as a new patient to the practice. I felt my account was not believed, which was disappointing. The overall handling of my concern left me frustrated. I have decided to seek alternative care through urgent services instead. I do not intend to return to this practice.
