Nurse Paris Shines Bright at Medical Practice

A massive thank you to nurse Paris, who is absolutely invaluable at this medical center. I visited her this morning and was thoroughly impressed by her warm demeanor and professional approach, which completely helped me relax. The nursing staff here are truly exceptional. Paris, Anne, and Jacqui are all outstanding. I consistently have such a wonderful experience here - even though I hadn't met Paris before today, she's just as delightful as Anne and Jacqui. The staff are always incredibly welcoming and friendly. 🤩 Grateful for their wonderful kindness.

Struggling with chronic pain and no support

i've been experiencing fibromyalgia-like symptoms for approximately 15 months without any diagnostic imaging. i visited a medical facility and was directed to a social worker who essentially told me they couldn't help since it's a medical issue. returning to my doctor, i was dismissed and told the pain is psychological. i'm feeling completely unheard and frustrated, and my chronic discomfort has significantly limited my ability to go out and live normally

The physicians at this clinic are menacing and repulsive. The practice functions in an extremely nefarious manner, as it is controlled by foreign entrepreneurs masquerading as medical professionals. These doctors are adversaries of the population, being compensated to execute the underhanded agenda of London's political establishment. These medical practitioners are consummate deceivers, with financial gain being their sole motivation. THESE DOCTORS ARE COMPENSATED TO FABRICATE NARRATIVES AND MANIPULATE METRICS, SHOWING ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN FOR THE WELL-BEING OF THE ENGLISH PEOPLE.

Terrible medical service leaves patient frustrated and unheard

I've been anxiously anticipating a doctor's call, and when it finally came through, I said hello only to have the call abruptly disconnected. Frustrated, I contacted the medical practice to explain the situation, and the receptionist assured me the doctor would call back immediately. However, after waiting 45 agonizing minutes with no return call, I phoned again. This time, a staff member bluntly informed me that the doctor likely wouldn't be calling back tonight and suggested I try again in the morning 😡 This medical practice is absolutely terrible. It's nearly impossible to secure an in-person appointment, and when you do manage to get one, the waiting room is suspiciously empty, making the whole experience incredibly infuriating.

I encountered the most unsatisfactory service from Dr. Biyani. He abruptly cut me off while I was explaining my medical issues, citing a busy patient schedule. I felt deeply frustrated and disrespected by his treatment 😔 Was this due to my Asian background and non-local status? I comprehend that he's swamped, but he should also recognize that I wouldn't invest my time and energy if my concerns weren't significant. A healthcare professional should approach patient interactions with more empathy and respect. After waiting two weeks for this appointment, the subpar service I received was incredibly disappointing. 😔

My significant other desperately sought an in-person consultation due to his ongoing pain issues. Rather than addressing his concerns, the medical staff summoned a security guard to remove him from the premises, accusing him of being confrontational. I consider this behavior extremely unprofessional for a healthcare facility. They should have offered support and understanding instead. The practice demonstrates a complete absence of empathy towards patients' needs.

Terrible service and shocking medical negligence exposed

My initial encounter with the surgery, as a patient for less than three weeks, was shockingly substandard. I dedicated three hours today to resolving prescription-related complications. The staff appeared completely clueless and unable to provide any meaningful explanations. After persistently advocating for myself for three hours, I finally received an urgent call from Anton Lynn, the clinical lead, who disclosed that their pharmacist had erroneously transcribed my prescription, omitting critical treatment items, consequently preventing me from ordering them. Had I not been so insistent, these issues would have remained unresolved. A particularly alarming incident occurred during my initial 55-minute visit when a member of the public vomited on the floor, and I was simply instructed to move away. Astonishingly, no cleaning attempt was made during my entire visit, with only a wet floor sign present. Children and families were walking around the contaminated area, and I personally had to warn other visitors about the hazard. Nikki, the supervisor, repeatedly tried to dismiss me and seemed disinterested in providing assistance. By refusing to leave and demanding resolution, I eventually managed to address the issues after three hours. This ordeal cost me an entire afternoon's wages due to the clinical staff's incompetence. My review reflects this utterly horrific experience, and I sincerely hope it does not represent the future care I will receive. Remarkably, I was even offered the opportunity to register elsewhere, despite their complete negligence being the root cause of my dissatisfaction.

It's nearly impossible to encounter a more incompetent and clueless team than at this establishment. No surprise they're under regulatory scrutiny. Daily, there are more employees than patients, and the staff remain completely detached from engaging with the local community. If I could, I'd give zero stars.

Great service and quick medical attention

Absolutely no issues to report. The staff were incredibly welcoming and I was attended to almost immediately. A team member was positioned near the reception to help manage the queue while the front desk was busy. The facility was immaculate and well-maintained. Dr. Anthony Prasanna and his assistant were exceptional and provided outstanding care. I couldn't have asked for a more positive medical visit.
