Worst healthcare service ever avoid at all costs

I would rate this service zero stars if I could. The level of service is absolutely appalling, and we consistently hit roadblocks when trying to resolve issues. My parents rely on repeat prescriptions, but each time their medication needs to be dispatched, we're forced to make multiple phone calls to follow up. This problematic situation has been ongoing for more than half a year. The receptionists are incredibly discourteous and display a complete lack of professional commitment. This practice deserves to be shut down and replaced with staff who actually demonstrate genuine concern for their patients' well-being!

I've been associated with the Elizabeth street medical center for approximately 4 years, yet I've never managed to secure an appointment with a physician due to their consistently overbooked schedule. As a result, I've now transferred my registration to another practice, hoping to actually consult with a doctor at my new location.

Terrible service putting patients health at risk

This Surgery needs to be permanently shut down. 😪 Two years back, when my wife began experiencing critical health issues, we visited numerous times, and the medical staff remained clueless about her condition. After several examinations, they instructed me to undergo a blood test, but failed to provide us with the necessary blue card. When we returned to inquire, they claimed their system was non-functional and could offer no assistance. Consequently, we transferred to another medical practice who successfully diagnosed my wife with tuberculosis... My brother is currently struggling with health concerns and has been attempting to secure an appointment for the past fortnight, but to no avail. He's spent hours waiting on hold, only to have the call disconnected...

Absolutely no positives to be found. The front desk staff are arrogant and unhelpful, appointment scheduling is non-existent, and the care is abysmal. It's telling when even the nurses at the walk-in center suggest finding a different medical practice, calling this the most terrible doctors in Blackpool.

Attempted to revoke my insulin supplies due to a prolonged period without reordering, despite accumulating a substantial quantity from previous prescriptions. I was nearly depleted, and they showed zero concern. I was forced to wait until my next appointment a week later. The receptionists were discourteous, and the physicians are clearly incompetent, demonstrating a complete lack of understanding. These doctors are absolutely terrible.

Terrible service and endless waiting at clinic

Phone system is a complete nightmare. Spent hours trying to get through, dialing 21 times today before finally reaching someone, only to be left waiting on hold for 35 minutes. Their staffing and scheduling are absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Morcos was an exceptional physician, and it's a travesty they no longer work here. The current setup is completely unacceptable and desperately needs improvement.

Terrible service from unprofessional medical practice

I've been a patient at this practice since 1990, but the quality has deteriorated dramatically. The receptionists act like they're medical professionals, treating patients condescendingly with an inflated sense of self-importance. Three weeks ago, I called to schedule injections for a trip to Thailand. I was promised a callback and even asked if they had my contact details, which seemed to confuse the receptionist, who appeared flustered at having to verify my information. She confirmed she had my number and abruptly ended the call. Now, three weeks later, I've heard nothing back. I'm definitely switching to a new medical practice this week. You would expect the doctors to be aware of the consistent complaints about their reception staff's unprofessional and disorganized behavior, but clearly, they're not paying attention to patient feedback.

Terrible service from a disorganized medical practice

If I could, I'd give zero stars, this medical practice has seriously deteriorated. The front desk staff are incredibly unhelpful and seem completely incompetent. My repeat prescription sat unprocessed for three full days, and when they finally claimed they'd send it to a nearby pharmacy, I discovered it wasn't even there. Because of the weekend delay, I was forced to contact 111 to get my medication sorted. This level of service is unacceptable, and I'm seriously considering taking formal action against them.

Incompetent service lost my private medical information

I showed up, completed the registration process, and submitted my personal information and identification 7 weeks prior. When I recently required a surgical procedure, they claimed I wasn't registered and had misplaced my documentation, insisting I re-register. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially considering the mishandling of my confidential personal details. The entire surgical experience was thoroughly disappointing.

Terrible medical practice with zero patient care

Terrible medical practice where scheduling an appointment is nearly impossible. Even when you manage to see a doctor, they seem clueless and make arbitrary decisions about your medication, acting like they understand your health better than you do. It's shocking that this clinic remains operational when they're consistently empty and booking an appointment takes months. I'd much rather spend time waiting at a walk-in center than deal with this incompetent healthcare provider. Steer clear of this practice at all costs.

Disappointing service from once trusted medical practice

Terrible medical practice. Despite being a long-standing patient for over four decades and previously holding them in high regard, the quality has drastically declined. Dr. Maharaj's demeanor is completely unprofessional, and the front desk employees are extremely discourteous. As a result, I'm transferring my entire family's healthcare to a different surgery. It's unacceptable that I'm forced to bring my sick children to a walk-in center and endure endless waiting times - the whole situation is utterly ridiculous.

Terrible medical service that left me completely frustrated

A complete embarrassment. The supposed new medical staff are utterly useless, trying to pass you off to someone else. I'm absolutely livid. I've only given one star because there's no way to leave a proper comment. Truly, avoid this pathetic excuse for a medical facility at all costs. Despite being a long-time patient for nine years, this experience has pushed me over the edge. They need to shut down immediately.
