Quick and helpful medical care

During my brief time as a patient here, I've found the communication incredibly smooth. Whenever I need to schedule an appointment or am running low on medication, the reception staff are proactive in finding me a convenient slot and are flexible about which doctor I might see. The service has been consistently excellent with no issues to date. Steve, who handles blood tests, is particularly wonderful - he's personable and helps patients feel relaxed during procedures. Additionally, my prescription refills are always punctual and reliable.

Rude receptionist ruined our whole experience

My partner reached out seeking critical assistance about a depleted emergency inhaler, and the receptionist's response was shockingly unprofessional. The staff member was aggressively dismissive, condescending, and treated her with complete disrespect. Her demeanor was so hostile that it instantly made my girlfriend consider finding a new healthcare provider. While the medical practitioners themselves are wonderful, the front desk staff is absolutely terrible and creates a toxic first impression. If you have any alternative medical options available, I strongly recommend exploring them instead of dealing with this reception team.
