Exceptional service throughout my experience. I've consistently been accommodated with same-day appointments or telephone consultations when needed. During a recent blood test appointment, I was called through remarkably quickly without spending much time waiting. The staff have consistently demonstrated helpfulness and efficiency in all interactions. The standard of care has been excellent. I feel fortunate to be registered with this practice.

From the first contact with the medical centre inquiring about registration, the reception staff I encountered explained fully and clearly what the procedures were, while assuring me I could contact them with any problems which arose. Within a few days of my registration I had to contact them about a concern and less than an hour later I was having a telephone appointment with a clinician who without rushing me quickly focused on what they could do to alleviate the symptoms, and what I should and shouldn't do to help the symptoms. So a real stress and worry reducing encounter with the medical centre.
