Peculiar situation, relocating to Shrivenham 4 years back from Liddington, I promptly registered with the practice but haven't actually visited. My spouse and I are constantly bombarded with text messages for various health screenings, which we find increasingly disheartening! Recently, after catching a cold that potentially required antibiotics, I discovered I couldn't secure an appointment until mid-December. This forced me to contact 111 and navigate through an incredibly convoluted process! The receptionist has now informed me that if I call tomorrow morning, they'll schedule me in - absolutely ridiculous! I genuinely miss my previous, much more efficient Wanborough surgery 😢

Utterly appalling. My son's scheduled visit has been rescheduled once more. Completely inadequate service. Constant stream of excuses Such as incorrect room allocation, unavailable nursing staff... Impossible to secure an appointment three months ahead for a specialized treatment course. Requires a complete restructuring.
