I haven't encountered any significant issues since becoming a patient here. The front desk and administrative staff are incredibly responsive and handle my requests promptly, and they're much more pleasant to interact with than other medical practices. While scheduling appointments can be a bit unpredictable, I'm nearly completely satisfied. Whenever I voice my concerns, they make a genuine effort to address them. I believe my positive experience stems from my approach of treating the staff with respect and courtesy, which they clearly return in kind.

My dad, who is a terminal bone marrow cancer patient, supported by the Palliative care team and living with daily pain, is still waiting for his x-ray results to be processed by the practice manager for more than two weeks. The normal waiting time is between 5 and 7 working day, but in his case it should be faster.

Frustrating visit with unhelpful doctors

I'm at my wit's end. The front desk staff are fantastic, absolutely top-notch. The physicians, however, are merely obstacles, feigning comprehension of CT imaging. They claim no access to medical records, yet somehow recall details from 2003. I'm fully aware of my healthcare needs, so just provide the Bupa referrals I've been recommended and stop dragging this out. My understanding of my conditions far surpasses theirs. I'll be seeking future consultations through Babylon, as they seem more efficient and less frustrating.

Repeatedly, I've submitted online contact requests with the expectation of a physician returning my call, only to be met with silence and no follow-up, making it incredibly frustrating to connect with the medical staff by phone.
