The practice benefits from having an integrated pharmacy on site, which provides excellent service. When I have required telephone consultations to discuss health concerns affecting my family member, a clinician has reliably called back the same day and effectively addressed the issues, frequently without needing an in-person visit. I have found this practice to be outstanding.

Appointment waiting times are lengthy at around three weeks, and there is limited continuity of care. One clinician in particular comes across as dismissive and does not seem to engage properly with patient concerns. I am grateful that there is at least one member of staff who provides good care, which means I do not need to attend frequently.
