Rude staff and impossible appointment times

These employees are undoubtedly the most pompous and ineffective I've encountered. If they dedicated as much energy to genuinely assisting customers instead of talking down and belittling them, the service would be exceptional. It's perplexing how they can inundate you with constant text reminders about flu vaccinations (which are impossible to stop), yet when you're genuinely sick, they inform you it'll be a month before you can get an appointment. Take my advice and seek healthcare elsewhere, which is exactly what I did.

This surgery is absolutely abysmal for my children. The reception team displays zero professionalism, with Ruby and Sara setting terrible examples. Ruby completely disregards patients, while Sara comes across as arrogant and patronizing. Scheduling appointments is a nightmare, and when you finally get through, you're confronted by impatient and dismissive staff members. The practice manager is failing miserably at managing her team and exhibits the same rude, defensive attitude. If you can't maintain a professional demeanor, you have no business working in healthcare! The constant turnover of reception staff speaks volumes about their toxic work environment. It's clear they're heading for disaster if they don't address these serious issues immediately. IMPROVE YOUR STAFF PERFORMANCE OR RISK TOTAL SHUTDOWN.

Absolutely the most terrible general practice in London. Every single receptionist deserves to be fired due to their appalling behavior. They demonstrate zero willingness to assist and show complete indifference to patients' circumstances, even when their own errors are causing significant treatment delays. The staff, including certain doctors, are so unprofessional that they should be prohibited from working with people. An official regulatory body desperately needs to intervene and completely overhaul this practice, as they are utterly incompetent and have no concern for their patients' well-being.
