I've utilized their online contact form multiple times, and each time I've promptly received either a phone call or text message response. Additionally, I've frequently contacted them to request a link for sending photos of my medical concerns, and on every occasion, I've gotten a phone call or text message back—on two instances, this happened within just 10 minutes of my submitting the link. The doctors, nurses, and reception staff are consistently incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive, always ready to listen and provide support.

Medical professionals in the United Kingdom are disappointingly inadequate. Getting any form of help from them seems unattainable. One can acquire more medical insight by searching online than consulting a physician in this country. These healthcare providers routinely dismiss patients without offering any meaningful treatment. I urge you to persistently pursue answers, as I am deeply worried about my young daughter who is currently experiencing health issues at seven months old.

Frustrating and unhelpful medical practice experience

If I could, I would rate this practice well below zero stars. I phoned the medical center seeking an appointment and was informed by the front desk that a physician would contact me, but I needed an actual consultation, not a phone conversation. I waited the following day with no callback, so I rang reception again, only to be told I should dial 111 - something I wouldn't have known without proactively checking. After calling 111, someone collected my information and promised to refer me to the doctor, which they did. I then contacted Eve Hill's reception once more, who claimed the referral made no difference. I'm left wondering why I was instructed to call 111 in the first place. Additionally, I'm unable to use the online booking system as it continuously rejects my login attempts. The sole reason I'm currently stuck with this practice is my pending appointment with an orthopedic surgeon, and I don't want to jeopardize that potential consultation.

Joined this practice 7 months ago, wasn't called in to have a health check up, usually when joining a new practice I'm called in. I have tried to book an appointment every month sometimes a few times a week to speak about an issue I've been having with my wrist have never been able to get an appointment my wrist pain is now unbearable and my wrist sounds like a cement mixer I'm going to try and change practice will find out how to put in an official complaint about this surgery
