I've been receiving care at Eve Hill for almost two decades and have consistently experienced quick, streamlined service. Show me another medical practice where you get seen immediately! Get real......they're swamped! The staff always go above and beyond to accommodate patients when possible. The nursing team is equally fantastic..... My sole minor complaint is the frequent use of temporary locum doctors instead of permanent, seasoned physicians. Thank you for your dedicated efforts....they truly don't go unnoticed.

Throughout the years, I've consistently received top-notch and warm healthcare, both for myself and my family members. Although there are physicians situated more conveniently near my residence, I'm perfectly content to make the journey to Dudley and receive treatment from Eve Hill.

The medical staff is incredibly supportive and skilled. I consistently received the assistance I required. However, the system has its flaws; it only allows for appointments to be made via phone calls at 8 AM, which poses a significant challenge since everyone attempts to call simultaneously. This creates difficulties for those of us who have jobs or are attending school. There are times when I would prefer to schedule an appointment in advance without it being urgent, but that option is unavailable. I hope there will be improvements in this process as well as a reduction in the unnecessary automated voice prompts before connecting calls.

Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs

Absolutely deserves the lowest possible rating - I'd choose zero stars if I could. It's impossible to schedule appointments, and you never get to see your own doctors or nurses, who also fail to follow up on test results. I feel completely abandoned and too intimidated to even contact them about my health concerns. This medical practice has dramatically deteriorated over recent years. The front desk staff are discourteous and dishonest.

Healthcare Nightmare: Impossible Appointments and Pain Relief Denial

It’s utterly absurd. Securing an appointment feels nearly impossible. You call at 8 in the morning, only to find yourself as number thirty in line. Unfortunately, some of us have jobs and can’t afford to wait on hold for an entire hour. If you attempt to call later in the day, you’ll discover that scheduling a next-day appointment is out of the question. The only solution for obtaining an appointment for the following day appears to be calling right at 8 am? It’s completely outrageous. Moreover, it seems they prefer conducting consultations over the phone rather than seeing patients face-to-face. They’ve adopted this approach under the pretext of being cautious; however, COVID-19 has long since passed its peak. This brings me to my second point. Lastly, I’m facing issues with receiving any pain management solutions for my toothache because they label it as a dental problem meant solely for dentists to handle. It puzzles me how someone could relay such misinformation to their receptionist—dentists have clarified that NO DENTIST is authorized to prescribe pain relief medications; they can only provide antibiotics instead. Consequently, appointments are scarce and when you manage one, they refuse any form of pain relief while appearing utterly clueless about patient care. Just because my discomfort originates from a tooth doesn’t mean I shouldn’t receive appropriate medication for alleviating that pain! If it were related to my foot or another body part entirely different treatment would surely be provided without hesitation. It’s absolutely ridiculous—no other way around it! The amount these doctors earn should compel them into action rather than remaining indifferent toward patient needs.
