Unethical vaccine decision betrays parental trust and consent

Terrible experience with DR SHUKLA, who administered a vaccine to my child without the father's permission. Despite my warnings about previous adverse reactions in my family and explicit instructions not to proceed, they went ahead with the vaccination. When I reached out in a state of extreme distress, reporting serious suicidal thoughts, they completely disregarded my concerns and refused to help.

Unauthorized Card Charge from Unknown Restaurant

A charge of 4 pounds was deducted from my card, despite the fact that I have never visited this location and am unfamiliar with it. It's baffling how they managed to access my card information when I've never been there. Clearly, they must not have had any means to obtain my card details. In response to this situation, I’ve reported the fraud and will be getting a new card issued soon. 🤮🤮

I've been a patient at this medical practice since birth, spanning almost four decades. Attempting to secure even a telephone consultation has become utterly unacceptable. Previously, I would have enthusiastically awarded them five stars, but now they barely merit a single star - and if possible, I'd rate them even lower. Unprofessional Practice with Discriminatory and Unsafe Service

Steer clear of this establishment. Calls often go unanswered, and when you finally manage to connect, you are met with discourteous and unprofessional personnel. My experience with the reception staff, particularly a woman named P, as well as a male doctor was shockingly poor. I can no longer remain with this practice due to their unacceptable standards and lack of customer care. This organization exhibits discriminatory behaviors that make me feel unsafe in their care!

Worst medical service ever experienced by patient

Completely unacceptable! Repeatedly receiving another child's medical records instead of my own, despite multiple complaints about the issue. Consistently problems with prescriptions not being forwarded to the pharmacy. Impossible to establish phone contact. I've never encountered a general practitioner this incompetent.

Excellent Healthcare Team Makes Knee Injection Breeze

Kudos to this medical practice and the outstanding team behind it. I have been receiving care here for about a year now. Their assistance with repeat prescriptions, effective communication, and management of the ongoing covid situation has been remarkable. Today, I visited for my very first steroid injection in my knee following an unfortunate fall before Christmas. Doctor Martin, along with Nurse Donna and a Student Doctor, were incredibly courteous, cheerful, and professional throughout the process. Although I felt some apprehension regarding the procedure initially, they reassured me that it would be quite simple. To be honest, it turned out to be easier than expected; Doctor Martin's skillful needle technique was impressive. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dedicated team committed to supporting their physical health as well as their mental wellness. In Arnie's iconic words... Patient Denied Care During Health Emergency

The surgery in question displays a concerning absence of human interaction, personal engagement, and effective communication among its staff. The receptionist seems to be merely following a script when asking pre-appointment questions that are not only invasive but also excessively personal. Such private details should not be disclosed to individuals who lack the proper training or expertise in handling sensitive information. It appears that the practice is using COVID-19 as a justification for neglecting appropriate patient care. Prior to the lockdown, I experienced severe health issues and even collapsed right outside their facility. This unfortunate incident occurred mere minutes after Eve Hill denied me an appointment on the grounds that they needed to wait for my medical records transfer. As a result, I ended up spending three days in intensive care due to this delay. Although I visit a general practitioner approximately once every three years, I've never encountered such discomfort or feeling of unwelcomeness before during any previous visits.
