I would have given a lower rating if the system allowed it. How much time is needed to process a registration application? Several months have passed and we still haven't received any correspondence regarding whether the application has been accepted or rejected. It feels like an indirect way of indicating that we are not welcome.

Biased Practice. I completed the registration form on the website, which was quite lengthy, to register with the practice as I fall within the catchment area. However, the website does not clearly state any restrictions regarding patients already registered elsewhere in the local area, yet my registration application was declined. I would suggest updating the website information before patients complete the form to clarify which patient types the practice accepts and which it does not. This would prevent people from sharing sensitive information and spending time on an application that may not be successful. The practice describes itself as a small surgery with limited capacity, yet it continues to accept new patient applications while being selective about who it registers. This approach seems inconsistent with actively taking on new patients.

Reception lost my registration details

The reception team were unable to complete my registration despite my visit to the practice in person. Although I completed the necessary paperwork, I waited over a week for a confirmation call that never came. When I eventually made contact, there was no record of my registration attempt. I was then asked whether I still wished to proceed with registering. I found this experience frustrating and felt the administrative process could have been handled more effectively. The overall service fell significantly short of my expectations.
