The appointment booking process felt unnecessarily complicated and prolonged, consuming considerable time and effort. The clinical consultation was rushed, with unclear communication and frequent inaudible speech, leaving uncertainty about important health information. Clear and effective communication seems particularly important in healthcare settings, yet this did not appear to be a priority. Patients registering here may experience a sense that their health concerns are not being adequately addressed. Interactions, whether in person or by telephone, tend to feel hurried and pressured. The practice benefits from convenient parking facilities, though the interior décor and facilities appear dated and would benefit from modernisation.

Reception staff were unhelpful during emergency booking

I apologize to other patients and the capable staff members, but this practice has receptionists who I found unhelpful. I called to arrange an urgent appointment and was told there were no available slots from 8 AM onwards. The first receptionist I spoke with was dismissive during the call. The second person I spoke with was more pleasant, though I remain unclear why the initial receptionist was unable to assist me with my urgent booking request. I do not intend to return to this practice. I felt the customer service fell short of what I would expect from an NHS service in this area.
