Instead of thorough diagnostics, I've been prescribed painkillers or instructed to maintain a pain diary. When I requested an MRI, the doctor's reluctance was palpable, even suggesting that a referral might be pointless if nothing was found. Recently, I discovered white lesions in my brain - a concerning development for someone my age. The doctor's inquiry about a history of heart attacks did little to alleviate my worries. I'm left feeling uncertain about the implications and potential effects on my health. Despite my ongoing pain, I've been unable to secure an appointment for over a month. Given these circumstances, I've decided to switch to a different GP and reassess my condition. Should my health deteriorate further due to this negligence, legal action will be considered. The lack of proper care and attention to my concerns has been deeply unsettling throughout this experience.

Traumatic dental experience for 5-year-old

I recently took my 5-year-old son to this dental practice following a referral from our regular dentist for a root canal. However, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the team abruptly changed course and opted for tooth extraction instead. The appointment dragged on for an excruciating hour and a half, during which the dentist struggled to properly anesthetize my child's infected tooth. Despite multiple attempts and several ampoules, the tooth remained sensitive. The dentist's inability to successfully numb the area or extract the tooth was alarming, especially considering how quickly baby teeth typically come out. My poor son was trembling in pain and distress, eventually pushing away the dentist's hands and fleeing towards the door. Rather than acknowledging her shortcomings, the dentist attempted to shift blame onto my child and me for being anxious. She insisted that my son should remain in the chair, dismissing our suggestion to let him calm down in another seat. Her lack of empathy and professional competence was truly disappointing. Based on this harrowing experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice for pediatric dental care. If your child requires specialized treatment, I strongly advise seeking alternatives, even if referred here by your regular dentist.
