I'm surprised by by negative review of this clinic as my all family are registered with faircross health centre it's nearly 15years I never had a bad experience with receptionist or GP I always get appointment soon as I need this morning 8am call for emergency appointment my call was answer in 5 seconds and had appointments same day I am much happy with this surgery and staff member

Repeatedly, we were dismissed with claims that it was merely viral and would resolve on its own, assuring us there was no infection or cause for concern. Ultimately, I had to resort to taking him to the emergency department as his condition deteriorated. Upon examination, they discovered a chest infection and promptly initiated antibiotic treatment. I strongly advise against heeding their advice and urge you to seek alternative medical attention for your children without delay, rather than continually accepting their dismissive responses. Some argue that NHS services are free, justifying such treatment, but this is a misconception. The NHS operates on our tax contributions, and we are entitled to respectful and thorough care.
