Impossible to get an emergency doctor appointment
Previous comments are absolutely spot on. Starting from 8:43am, I attempted to secure an urgent consultation, repeatedly dialing without success until 8:53am, then tried again at 8:56. When the receptionist finally answered, they informed me all 10 emergency appointments were already filled. With just one phone line, these slots vanished within mere minutes. This medical practice deserves to be shut down or completely overhauled. It's transparently a misuse of public funding. If I could rate them below the minimum rating, I absolutely would. Utterly unacceptable service.

Worst doctor ever terrible medical care nightmare
It's astonishing that this medical practice remains operational with such an appallingly incompetent GP. The issue isn't with the reception staff, but Dr Prasad, who, if still employed, should have lost her medical license years ago. The number of times this practitioner condescendingly rolled her eyes, labeling patients as hypochondriacs and dismissing concerns with generic advice to "take paracetamol and hydrate" is truly outrageous (a sentiment shared by my family, friends, and neighbours who were also patients here). She consistently disregarded my health concerns and demonstrated a shocking lack of understanding of even the most common medical conditions. Her qualifications are baffling. I firmly believe her medical neglect potentially contributed to my mother's stroke - had she genuinely listened and examined my mum, the outcome might have been different. If possible, I would rate this practice with negative stars to reflect the abysmal standard of care!

Extremely dissatisfied with this medical practice. The front desk staff seem disinterested and unaccommodating. Phone lines are perpetually busy, and calls go unanswered for extended periods. Scheduling an appointment takes around a fortnight. Dr. Prasad is consistently unavailable, with Dr. Sinha consistently filling in.

One of the most incompetent medical practices with the most unprofessional healthcare providers imaginable. Extremely disrespectful and completely useless. My general practitioner actually burst into laughter when I explained that I was experiencing back pain after an accident!? Utterly appalling! If the rating system allowed it, I would give them zero stars. This clinic desperately requires either complete staff replacement or total shutdown, as these individuals are nothing short of absolute buffoons.

Scheduling an appointment is practically impossible, the front desk staff are discourteous, and their prescription processing is incredibly slow. I was forced to wait seven days just to get a simple nasal spray prescription released. Undoubtedly the most ineffective medical practice I've encountered.

Terrible healthcare experience with dangerous medical neglect
1. The wait time is so excruciating, you might expire before receiving assistance. 2. Mental health support is non-existent; an A&E psychiatrist's referral means nothing - you'll merely be handed an impersonal leaflet. 3. Their medical approach is reduced to dispensing Paracetamol and Ibuprofen as cure-all solutions. 4. Basic medical procedures are botched - they couldn't even accurately measure my weight, arbitrarily inflating it by 10 kg. Urgent care requires persistent advocacy. Remarkably, they can expedite a blood test when motivated, but you must be prepared to battle for every ounce of attention.

Absolutely worthless service. Whenever I attempted to schedule a consultation for my infant, they consistently claimed to be fully booked or lacking a physician. What's the purpose of maintaining a general practitioner if their standard response to any medical concern is to redirect you to the emergency department? Multiple times, I encountered the clinic shuttered during standard business hours, with nothing more than a vague apology note stating they were closed for the day.
