Terrible service from unprofessional and disrespectful staff

You would think healthcare professionals would show basic courtesy, but the staff at this GP's reception are shockingly disrespectful. Every time I attempt to schedule an appointment, they respond with such hostility and appear completely disinterested in their job. Their attitude makes patients feel utterly worthless and unwelcome. I strongly urge management to conduct a thorough review of their staff's conduct, as the current level of rudeness is completely unacceptable in a medical setting. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, not made to feel like an inconvenience.

Disappointing service at bardot medical center

Dropped from their patient list because I'm slightly beyond their service radius, which seems to be a contentious boundary Extremely unprofessional conduct by Bardot I've been a long-time patient here Regarding the new receptionist Amy, she definitely requires improvement in her telephone communication skills Will I'll truly miss the nurse and the doctor.

Worst medical experience ever avoid at all costs

This surgical center is an absolute nightmare. Scheduling an appointment seems impossible for both grown-ups and kids. The facility appears completely useless. My advice: steer clear of this place entirely.

Horrible service from unprofessional medical office staff

I tried scheduling a medical consultation as recommended by my GP, but the receptionist flatly denied me an appointment! She displayed an incredibly discourteous attitude towards both myself and my partner! The receptionist desperately requires training in basic customer service principles. Furthermore, she declined to provide me with any contact information for the practice manager!

Long-term patient shares honest healthcare experience

I've been a patient at this medical practice for nearly two and a half decades, experiencing varied quality of care from Dr. Anglin, though finding Dr. Lazin to be quite reliable. I'm actually relieved Dr. Anglin has retired, as he consistently ignored correspondence from the hospital. Dr. Lazin, in contrast, is thorough and attentive. He carefully reviews all medical communications, proactively manages my repeat prescriptions by updating medications independently, and promptly adjusts treatments via telephone when necessary. The facility's accessibility is problematic for wheelchair users with broader seating. While I believe smaller wheelchairs and children could likely navigate the entrances, my own wider chair cannot pass through any interior doorways. Consequently, I would be unable to assess the building's layout in an emergency situation.
