DR MANJ TAWANA WHAT A #$%@
This is for you Dr Manj Tawana, or Tawanka as we call him now, what a piece of work this guy is ! Rude, condescending, patronising, crass, careless, curt, just to name a few adjectives surrounding this GP. He is constantly and consistently incompetent, as are most of the staff tbh!!, and the reception staff seem like they have been trained by Catherine Tate's Nan, because they constantly take f@#k#ng liberties with my mother's health. This piece of work, rang after they had sent my mum home to die, and he said I need to manage my expectations on my mums conditions and be prepared for her to be gone in a few weeks to a month , maximum , its nearly December and She's still here, no thanks to this idiots gross misconduct and fatal inability as a " Doctor ", he spoke down to me and assumed I had no medical knowledge or training, how wrong he was! All I can say is he is lucky it wasn't a face to face consultation because I would have chewed his off! He made my mum cry and I wanted to batter him, The bloke can't even write! Twice ive been sent away from the pharmacist because he can not write a prescription correctly, listing the correct medication , and dosage, I mean for F##%s sake he misspelt paracetamol ! Just shows the level of incompetence of this so called GP! I've read many reviews about this Dr tawanka. He can't even claim his incompetence is down to stress, because he's never there, I suspect he is off playing golf, complete waste of space

Upon inquiring, I was informed that no slots are available until November, which is far from ideal. It's disheartening to see such a decline in their service quality. This regression in their appointment system is truly disappointing and reflects poorly on their overall management.

I recently had another appointment with my physiotherapist, and I must say, she's truly exceptional. During my initial visit, she prescribed a set of exercises for me to perform consistently, and the results have been remarkable. Rude receptionist ignores urgent medication query
The front desk staff's treatment of my mother was utterly appalling. She had made countless attempts to reach them by phone over the course of nearly a week, all to no avail, regarding her medication concerns. Upon finally visiting in person, she was met with shocking disrespect. The receptionist's behavior was nothing short of disgraceful, offering no assistance whatsoever. My mother left the premises visibly distraught and distressed, her asthma symptoms beginning to worsen due to the upsetting encounter. The entire experience was deeply troubling and left me feeling completely outraged at the lack of professionalism and basic human decency displayed.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Eze, and I must say, the experience left much to be desired. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience, with the doctor appearing rather impatient to conclude our consultation. Instead of addressing my concerns, he hastily directed me to visit the emergency department, suggesting they would handle everything necessary. This advice struck me as quite inappropriate coming from a general practitioner. One would expect a GP to offer more personalized care and guidance, rather than simply redirecting patients elsewhere. The encounter was far from the supportive and attentive medical care I had anticipated.

Improved service at Farnham Road Practice
I had a fantastic experience at Farnham Road Practice today. Despite being 17th in line, I was seen remarkably quickly. It's clear that significant improvements have been made to their service. The efficiency and care I received were truly commendable. I'm genuinely grateful for the noticeable enhancements in their operations. This health center leaves much to be desired. I've been struggling with leg pain, yet I'm forced to endure a 10-day wait just for a phone consultation. Apparently, they believe they can diagnose and treat ailments through telepathy now. Perhaps it would be more beneficial for everyone if they simply shut their doors permanently. It's clear that patient care isn't a priority here - we're merely numbers to be processed. "Next, please!" seems to be their motto, as they hurry us through like cattle. The impersonal nature of their service is truly disheartening.

Unfortunately, the interaction with the receptionist was far from pleasant. Despite my attempts to explain that I had indeed checked in, which could have been verified through security footage, the receptionist dismissed my claims without listening. The manner in which I was addressed felt disrespectful and demeaning, as if I were beneath her. This encounter highlighted a significant need for improved customer service training at Farnham Road Surgery. As taxpayers who contribute substantially to the system, we deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. The lack of basic etiquette and communication skills displayed by the staff member was deeply disappointing. Given this unsatisfactory experience, I'm seriously considering transferring to a different medical practice, even if it means traveling further. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before registering with this surgery. It's regrettable that what should be a place of care and support has left me feeling so disheartened. No Response to My Complaint
I made a complaint about Dr Tawana 6 months ago and despite requesting updates several times, I’ve received no response. Dr Tawana was so disrespectful to my husband who was in a great deal of pain in a telephone consultation and casually mentioned he had cancer when other medical professionals were waiting to see outcomes of medical investigations before discussing this.He advised my husband that it was his own fault that he hadn’t yet received a scan appointment as he must be calling the wrong number and then asked’do you know how many people are diagnosed with cancer each week at this surgery’, to emphasise he was just one of many. I cried when I heard the way he treated him. My husband died 4 weeks later. This is not the first time I’ve heard a conversation with this GP being disrespectful but I must add every other GP we saw at the surgery were kind and supportive.
