Dangerous negligence puts patient's life at risk
My sister arrived for her pre-scheduled rabies post-exposure vaccination (booked a week in advance!), only to be told they don't have the vaccine and she should return tomorrow. 1. They apparently allocated the vaccine to someone receiving pre-exposure shots, fully aware that my sister's post-exposure need was significantly more critical. 2. Delaying a post-exposure rabies vaccine by even a single day potentially exposes the patient to developing rabies, a condition that is essentially fatal, and the medical professionals at this clinic should absolutely understand this critical fact. 3. The staff have been completely unhelpful, declining to contact the emergency department to confirm her upcoming visit or acknowledge their own professional negligence. The behavior from the receptionist and entire staff is utterly reprehensible. If I could assign a rating lower than zero stars to this medical practice, I absolutely would.

Decades of care ruined by unprofessional doctors
I've been a patient at this medical practice for six decades. The past seven years have been dreadful, with the nursing staff and clinical pharmacists consistently providing excellent care. However, certain physicians have been utterly disappointing. I submitted a request approximately two to three years ago to change doctors, which was completely disregarded. My wife has experienced multiple medical issues that were dismissed, and she was wrongly accused of fabricating symptoms, with doctors showing no genuine listening or concern and always seeming rushed. We've reached our breaking point and have now registered with an alternative medical practice. No Stars P.S. They will likely neither acknowledge nor address this complaint

Terrible service and stress at farnham road surgery
I'm perplexed by the recent merger of Farnham road surgery with other local GP practices. When you attempt to call in the morning, you'll find yourself stuck in a queue they euphemistically label as "over 30th." I've been battling ongoing gastrointestinal issues for years, and they consistently resist providing a referral. Should you unfortunately experience a motor-related incident, they'll flatly refuse to prescribe pain relief, forcing you to buy medication over the counter. The anima system is equally frustrating, abruptly cutting off communication and declaring "no more appointments for today, please check back tomorrow morning." They even altered the appointment booking window from 8 am to 7.50 am without any prior notification. The sheer amount of stress they generate is genuinely detrimental to one's health.

Frustrating health center with terrible patient service
Despite living just a stone's throw away from the health center, I consistently find myself being redirected to High Street. This raises serious doubts about the purpose of my registration when accessing their services seems impossible. The situation has deteriorated to the point where painkillers are now their go-to solution for every medical concern. What was once a reliable healthcare provider has now become a complete shambles. The most infuriating aspect is the perpetually full patient list that prevents me from registering. These supposed convenience apps are utterly pointless if they can't even facilitate a simple registration. Attempting to resolve issues by phone is an exercise in futility, with wait times stretching to an hour or more, only to be met with unhelpful responses or redirected elsewhere in the city. One can't help but wonder about the value of our insurance payments and healthcare contributions when we're treated with such blatant unprofessionalism.
