Understaffed and overwhelmed at farnham road surgery

Waited an excruciating 20 minutes just to speak with someone at Reception. The lone staff member, Sindy, repeatedly expressed regret about the mounting queue. When I finally reached the front, she apologized again, visibly distressed and on the verge of breaking down. Despite not being scheduled for a break, her lunch had been interrupted, forcing her back to the reception desk. This scenario was completely unacceptable for both myself and Sindy, who was clearly giving her all. Farnham Road Surgery needs to address this staffing issue immediately, or risk losing dedicated employees like her.

Terrible healthcare practice failing patients with arthritis

I am battling knee osteoarthritis and have been taking medication for more than a year. My daily life has become completely disrupted because walking is impossible and the knee pain is unbearable. I've consulted numerous doctors, but none have provided proper guidance or direction. Even obtaining a simple physiotherapist referral has been an incredibly challenging process. Currently, I'm struggling to get a hospital referral, but the medical practice is deliberately avoiding this responsibility. They consistently provide meaningless excuses. During my most recent appointment, the doctor promised to complete the referral form, but ultimately did nothing. This practice appears more concerned with cutting costs for their employers than addressing patient health concerns. I strongly recommend that people avoid this medical practice and instead seek medical attention directly at a hospital for their healthcare needs.

She had made countless attempts to reach them by phone over the course of nearly a week, all to no avail, regarding her medication concerns. Upon finally visiting in person, she was met with shocking disrespect. The receptionist's behavior was nothing short of disgraceful, offering no assistance whatsoever. My mother left the premises visibly distraught and distressed, her asthma symptoms beginning to worsen due to the upsetting encounter. The entire experience was deeply troubling and left me feeling completely outraged at the lack of professionalism and basic human decency displayed.
