Worst medical care ever experienced in my life
I'm forced to give more than zero stars. I've been experiencing persistent pain, and because of my long-standing mental health challenges, the medical staff dismisses my physical symptoms as psychological. This practice is utterly incompetent. It's no surprise that many patients are switching to alternative practices. The whole situation is a complete disaster. You end up waiting endlessly for a callback, only to have a brief, useless two-minute conversation that provides absolutely no resolution.

Terrible surgery with zero customer service
I truly wish there was a way to submit feedback without a star rating. It would be fascinating to observe the receptionists' activities during the day when patients are left waiting endlessly on hold, trying to reach the surgery by phone. Whenever you enter the office, there's an eerie silence with no phones ringing. During my recent appointment, I was standing at the glass partition, clearly visible to Janet in the back office. I rang the bell four times, yet she made no effort to acknowledge or assist me. I was forced to knock on the screen to get her attention. At this moment, I'm attempting to contact them and have been on hold for over 25 minutes, ultimately compelling me to disconnect as I'm at work. I cannot stress enough: under absolutely no circumstances should anyone register with this surgery. Their service is utterly unacceptable and shameful.

Getting in touch with customer service is a nightmare - you'll waste hours on hold, and when someone finally answers, they just brush you off and tell you to call back in the morning. Even worse, appointments are limited to same-day booking only. The whole process is completely ridiculous.

Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs
The reception team is utterly incompetent and dishonest. I've had to make two separate trips to the medical center because their phone lines are completely unresponsive, and when you finally do connect, they abruptly cut you off or leave the line disconnected. The physician I consulted appeared technologically inept and struggled to process a referral, which has only now been initiated after a two-week delay. Considering the overwhelming number of scathing reviews about their front desk personnel, why hasn't any action been taken to enhance the quality of service? This is supposedly a patient-focused facility, yet their performance is an absolute mockery.

Terrible reception staff ruin patient experience
Absolutely unbelievable, the front desk staff appear completely incompetent with their phone handling. It seems like they deliberately avoid answering calls - do they flee when the phone rings? I attempted 164 times to connect in a single day, and when I finally got through, I was left waiting on hold for close to 30 minutes. What a complete embarrassment! The medical professionals themselves are great, but the reception team desperately needs to get their act together and improve their service!!!!!

Fell towers fail to deliver basic medical care
Following my consultation, 101 advised me to schedule a video consultation with Fell Towers. Predictably, they never called. No shock there. The subsequent day, I reached out to Fell Towers and was supposedly guaranteed emergency and priority patient status. They pledged to contact me by evening, but once more, silence. Just as expected. I am now in the midst of transitioning to a different medical practice. Fell Towers' service is utterly unacceptable.

Absolutely abysmal customer support that makes communication incredibly difficult. They bombard you with text messages asking you to call, but when you do, getting through is a nightmare. I was second in line and still endured a 32-minute wait, only to be dismissively told to try again the following day. The entire operation is completely unprofessional and laughable.
