Dismissed without proper examination or investigation
Extremely disappointed with my experience. I felt that my concerns were not properly addressed during consultations, and I was given minimal explanations for the clinical decisions made. The treatment suggested did not provide relief for my symptoms. When I sought a second opinion, I found the approach similarly unsatisfactory, with what felt like insufficient examination and investigation into the underlying cause of my discomfort.

I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with this practice. I've spent considerable time waiting on hold, and when my call is answered, it gets disconnected. The appointment system requires a doctor to call me first, which means waiting throughout the day for that callback to come through.

Reception staff went above and beyond with kindness
I attended for a pre-operative assessment today and the healthcare professional who saw me was absolutely wonderful. Given my mental health considerations, she made considerable effort to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease. I wish more people demonstrated such compassion. Afterwards, I visited the café having not eaten all day. When I asked if I could split my payment between card and cash as I didn't have quite enough in either form, they were happy to accommodate this. A few minutes later, they returned and gave me the money back for my food item. Their kindness was genuinely moving and brought me to tears. The entire team demonstrated such generosity of spirit. I cannot praise them highly enough for creating such a positive experience. The staff members who performed my blood work and ECG were equally lovely and professional.

Absolutely unhelpful - the practice appears understaffed and when you finally manage to get through by telephone, appointments seem difficult to obtain.

It is difficult to secure an appointment at this practice. Despite the stated opening time, the phone line remains on the automated message well past the hour. When contact is finally made with staff, available slots are consistently unavailable, even in cases where a clinician has arranged one in advance. The limited availability of certain practitioners further compounds the challenge.

Receptionist made the prescription process easier
I called today and was assisted by a pleasant receptionist who appeared to be relatively new to the role. She was very helpful in explaining the situation regarding my prescription and kindly arranged for it to be reordered. This represents a significant improvement compared to the service I've experienced previously. I hope this feedback reaches her, as she is clearly a valuable member of the team.

Phone queue made getting through difficult
I called the surgery multiple times this morning after being discharged from hospital on Wednesday. I needed to request a sick note extension and arrange an asthma check-up. I was informed that a clinician would call me back today. When I rang again at 3pm as I hadn't received a call, I was told my callback wasn't being prioritised and that I would hear from someone later. It's now 5:52pm and I still haven't received the call despite the practice being open until 6:30pm. I found this level of service disappointing and am considering registering elsewhere. I would recommend looking at alternative practices rather than choosing this one.

Reception didn't acknowledge previous complaint
The care I received fell short of expectations. I felt my condition was not properly identified initially. Being referred between different services without clear coordination was frustrating and unhelpful. Additionally, when I contacted the practice regarding a concern I had previously raised and discussed with the patient advocacy service, there seemed to be a lack of awareness about my earlier communication, which meant I had to repeat myself unnecessarily.

I have attempted to contact the practice at their stated opening time, as this is the only slot available before my work commitments begin. However, I consistently find the phone line to be engaged, which makes it difficult to reach them during this period.
