Your excuses are utterly ridiculous - "your passport expired 9 years ago" yet you claim to have understanding and intelligence. You suggested I go to the Polish ambassador in London to clarify why the NHS website displays an outdated expiration status. You're quite notorious on the internet.

Generally satisfactory. The sole drawback is their scheduling process. For urgent consultations, you must contact the front desk precisely at 9 or 13 o'clock. Even calling at 9:00:001 provides no certainty of securing a slot, as numerous patients are simultaneously attempting to book. The sole other option is utilizing the NHS app, where available appointments are consistently pushed out to a two-month waiting period.

Utterly disastrous medical experience. Steer clear of this practice. They demand an outrageous fee of 100GBP for a basic medical document. In my situation, they completely overlooked the specific details I requested in the report and flatly refuse to provide a refund. These practitioners seem to exploit individuals struggling with mental health, doing the bare minimum while extracting maximum financial gain for services that other clinics offer at no cost. I am absolutely switching to a different medical practice without hesitation.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the exceptional staff at First Care practice who provided outstanding care and support on June 27th. Specifically, I'd like to recognize: Dr Mariam Dr A. Mohammed Zara - Front desk receptionist Kalsoon External staff from West Midland Ambulance services (whose names I unfortunately didn't capture) I arrived early in the morning without an appointment, feeling extremely unwell with intense chest and stomach pain. My condition was so severe that I could only communicate by writing notes. Zara, the receptionist, immediately scheduled me for an appointment and promised to inform the doctor. While waiting, she compassionately offered me water, which I initially declined but later accepted. Dr Mariam discovered me in significant distress and quickly responded with remarkable empathy. She provided a private room for me to rest, reassured me of my safety, and coordinated with other medical professionals to secure appropriate help. Dr A. Mohammed arrived shortly after, received a comprehensive briefing, and continued providing supportive care. Both doctors collaborated to arrange ambulance transportation and ensure my referral to the general hospital. Dr Mariam consistently monitored my condition, ensuring a staff member remained with me throughout. Dr A. Mohammed meticulously prepared documentation and personally managed the handover to the ambulance team. The ambulance service personnel were also exceptionally professional and caring. Overall, the entire team demonstrated extraordinary dedication, compassion, and medical expertise in managing my critical situation.
