It's utterly ridiculous how challenging it has become to schedule appointments at general practices, especially around typical times like 9 am or noon. The NHS app is equally frustrating. I've attempted over 19 phone calls at 1 am, only to be met with a message about reaching maximum call capacity. This experience has left me profoundly frustrated, angry, and disheartened, ultimately driving me to abandon my previous practice and register with First Care Practice. NHS clinics are transforming into bureaucratic offices, with GPs seeming more like administrative managers rather than healthcare providers. Patients can barely access or communicate with their doctors. What an abysmal service for British citizens who diligently pay their taxes!!!

Older individuals are effectively shut out from obtaining immediate medical attention.
