Exceptional healthcare with compassionate medical team

Useful medical practice. Excellent doctors. Delightful front desk team. Accommodating for all our son's healthcare requirements. Attempted to submit an additional review today, but the system only allows one, so I'll include it here! I had a consultation regarding mole removal today. Since it wasn't critical, waiting a couple of weeks was completely acceptable. The physician and nursing staff were incredibly compassionate and competent. The procedure was swift, completed in mere minutes, and they thoughtfully provided me with a brief recovery period when I felt slightly uncomfortable (I'm somewhat sensitive around medical needles). Another flawless interaction. Truly couldn't have been more perfect.

Great pediatric care with quick appointments

I've consistently had excellent encounters at this clinic. My kids were accommodated quickly after I submitted their online appointment requests. For my own appointments, I experienced a brief waiting period of a few days. The staff are incredibly welcoming and supportive. They always run precisely on schedule.

Frustrating medical practice with unhelpful gatekeepers

I regrettably concur with the previous feedback - an impressive facility, but for what purpose? The front desk staff appear to zealously control access to physicians, seemingly screening personal health details to determine patient worthiness (with a potential four-week wait, if you're fortunate!)...... I don't mean to be harsh, but what's happening here - some kind of professional exchange? General practitioners have essentially become a telephone consultation service where receptionists dictate your medical pathway. Why invest in such expansive premises if the service is so fundamentally reduced? Additionally, it consistently seems that whenever I or a family member attempts to schedule a consultation, the doctor is invariably on vacation!! Quite an enviable professional arrangement, if one can secure it!!

Pleasantly surprised by new medical practice location

I'll level with you - I was apprehensive about my initial appointment at the new medical facility. The previous location was convenient, with ample parking, so I questioned the rationale behind relocating to the town centre. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover more parking spaces, equally straightforward accessibility, and a significantly more appealing environment compared to the old premises. The staff maintained their consistently helpful demeanor - not necessarily improved, but certainly maintaining their high standard of service. I was accommodated with a same-day appointment and even offered multiple time slots. Honestly, what more could I reasonably expect?

Terrible experience since the merger of these medical offices. Scheduling an appointment is completely futile. The front desk personnel are entirely unhelpful and unaccommodating. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for medical care and avoiding this practice altogether.

Terrible customer service that left me frustrated

Steer clear of this place! The phone support is incredibly unhelpful and discourteous. Forget about getting any real assistance - you'll be stuck waiting endlessly. When they finally call back around 6:30, they'll basically tell you to handle everything on your own. The doctor is unavailable, and you might get seen sometime next week if you're lucky. Absolutely frustrating experience!

Stroud medical centre fails patients with terrible service

The merger of two medical practices in central Stroud has resulted in an utterly disastrous service that defies comprehension. After enduring a grueling 22½-minute wait just to reach reception, I was informed of an astronomical 4-6 week waiting list and unceremoniously added to it. Their justification is simply that they have an overwhelming patient load and cannot accommodate everyone. I consider this situation to be completely unacceptable and a fundamental failure of healthcare provision.
