The clinical staff member I see regularly demonstrates genuine commitment to patient wellbeing and always allocates sufficient time during consultations. Over the past few years, I have observed that the practice has become considerably busier, which I believe reflects its positive reputation attracting more patients seeking continuity of care. Scheduling appointments has not presented difficulties for me personally. I felt compelled to share this positive feedback after noticing some critical reviews online. I recognise that increased demand can sometimes result in appointment availability challenges, which understandably causes frustration for some patients. However, based on my own experience and discussions within my local patient group, I do not believe the negative claims regarding financial practices or staff conduct are accurate.
