Initially I rang on a Friday afternoon, on my return from an Easter holiday, not expecting to get an appointment before the weekend. I received a call back within 30 mins asking me to go in at 4.30 pm to see Alison Pisani. Alison was prompt and efficient in her assessment, showing much empathy to my situation. Diagnosis made and medication collected from the very speedy dispensary, I was home within the hour with a promise of a phone call from Alison on the following Friday 17 April. Unfortunately my situation did not improve and following the promised call from Alison on the Friday , I was back to the Surgery for further assessment mid morning. With stronger medication prescribed . I was again home by lunchtime. Again Alison was extremely kind and sympathetic to my case ,promising to call again on Friday 24 April. Still not fully better by the 24 April , Alison saw me again and prescribed a longer course of medication. Finally today Monday 27 April, I feel as if I have turned a corner and am improving . Alison again as promised is going to call on Friday and hopefully I will no longer need her services ? I am so impressed with the attention I received from Alison Pisani at Fordingbridge Surgery , she has been a model example to the profession for her tenacity, kindness and efficiency. I am so grateful for her support and kindness with my situation. Thank you so much , Alison.

I so wish there was another Dr's in Fordingbridge but we are stuck with no choice but to use this surgery. Everything done via online as the default option. 2 days to hear back if you will be granted an appointment...meanwhile people who claim not to be able to use online phone and get an appointment immediately. I've been on the receiving end of a misdiagnosis because the GP was diagnosing me via a iPhone photo.....went privately in the end....shocking service.

Having transferred to Fordingbridge Surgery from a ‘very poor’ service with my previous local practice I cannot recommend enough the Care & Services provided by My Gp and all the team… They go above and beyond all my expectations The Pharmacy team, Nurses with blood tests, ALWAYS get a response within 24hrs including appointment if needed… Hospital or specialist referrals….My actual GP is fantastic and all the team based there are 100% how all Surgeries should be in my opinion

Absolutely terrible service. Arrogant employees and persistently untrustworthy when making reservations via Anima. It's evident there's no genuine comprehension or empathy towards customers' legitimate concerns. When I phoned about my young son's situation, the front desk representative suggested I simply search online — a response that was both inappropriate and utterly disrespectful. Profoundly frustrating and completely unacceptable.

I would love to say that using their online triage system was a positive experience but being completely honest I cannot. Waiting 2 x days to then be given an appointment nearly 4 weeks away is not acceptable. I think I will have to go back to the system of trying to phone the surgery as others tell me that is the best way to get a more appropriate appointment.....which seems to go against the process that they are trying to encourage patients to use. I can quite see why people go to A&E when they really should be seen more locally. I ended up seeing a GP privately in the end.
