So difficult to get through to a real person and when you do they are reluctant to give you an appointment. Last three times I have been my issues have been dismissed and even have gone privately to actually have something done, a luxury most can’t afford. They only care about old people and have no care for younger generation, are patronising and extremely unhelpful. Have messed up medication requests of medications I have taken for nearly a decade. Don’t follow up with checks on ongoing conditions.

The surgical team has completely shirked responsibility for my wife's post-operative medical needs, even though specialized hospital physicians have confirmed she's facing permanent health challenges. The hospital has repeatedly communicated the required follow-up actions to them, yet they've systematically ignored every single recommendation. They're refusing to conduct essential blood screenings or provide the critical prescription medications necessary for managing her diagnosed conditions. Adding insult to injury, her primary care physician has the audacity to challenge the expert diagnosis made by the specialist consultant!
