An outstanding practice where the clinical team consistently delivers exceptional care and frequently goes the extra mile for patients. This appears to be the most well-organised practice in the locality. The practice benefits from a highly supportive nursing and administrative team dedicated to serving the community. Patients are kept well-informed through various communication channels including social media, text messages, and email updates. Having been registered for many years, and based on comments from fellow patients, I feel very fortunate to have experienced such high-quality care. I hope this standard continues.

Matched me with the right doctor for my needs

The finest healthcare professionals I've ever had the privilege of working with. They are truly an exemplary example of their profession. The clinical staff here are remarkably pleasant, exceptionally experienced and remarkably skilled in their practice. In the past I have not been able to select my preferred healthcare provider, but instead was matched with the clinician most suited to my needs, which I believe is a far superior approach. All of my concerns, whether significant or minor, have been addressed with genuine care and compassion. They are truly an exemplary example of their profession. I regrettably have to change practices due to relocating outside the service area, which has been disappointing, but I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone I know.

Long waits and unhelpful with referrals

I have found my experience with this practice to be unsatisfactory. Appointments have consistently run behind schedule, requiring lengthy waits on each occasion. Staff appear reluctant to assist with even straightforward requests. Additionally, there were instances where the approach taken seemed to differ from recommendations made elsewhere, which resulted in treatment being postponed and caused me considerable concern. Overall, I have been quite disappointed with the level of service received.

It has been very difficult to obtain an appointment with a doctor. Over the past several months, I made multiple attempts to secure a consultation, but on each occasion I was advised to attend hospital instead, even though the matter in question was a straightforward health check that could have been addressed in a primary care setting.

Reception and staff listened to my concerns

I have been with this practice since the early nineties. The staff, all of them, from reception, nurses, and doctors, are all exceptional in their field. I have unfortunately many medical difficulties, all of which have been dealt with to the highest possible standard. Indeed, I would not have reached a significant milestone without the diligent and caring attitude of the clinical team. All my experiences with other practitioners in the practice have produced problem-solving results, with attention to listening to the difficulties at hand. I cannot sing their praises enough. On each occasion, I have been treated with genuine care, respect, and thoughtful attention. I have tremendous regard for this practice and the quality of service provided by all staff members. Since relocating from another local practice during the summer months to this surgery, I've found it straightforward to secure appointments for both myself and my family members without experiencing any wait times. The clinicians I consulted with took their time during consultations and made me feel genuinely heard. I hadn't previously appreciated how limited the care was at my former surgery and now feel I should have made the switch much sooner.
