I pride myself on being empathetic towards the pressures faced by our National Health Service, yet I must say that my experience with this particular doctor's office has left much to be desired. It’s quite astonishing considering I've only been a patient there for around two months and have already had two encounters that prompted me to seek registration elsewhere. This situation isn’t merely indicative of NHS challenges; it points to fundamental issues within the practice itself. It took an eternity just to submit an online consultation request since the system continuously indicated they were at capacity for the day, preventing any submissions. I learned that I'm restricted to discussing one issue per appointment (though I never actually secured an appointment), irrespective of whether those issues are interconnected. Furthermore, I've now been informed that a blood test is off the table because I had one six months ago which yielded normal results. Throughout all of this, I've yet to consult directly with a physician. After just a brief phone conversation lasting five minutes and without any thorough investigation into my concerns, I was advised simply to "excelsis" more—something I interpreted as meaning exercise—and maintain a healthy diet despite already adhering strictly to both. In response to your previous communication: when I first reached out, I was experiencing specific symptoms that warranted attention. The findings from a blood test taken several months before these new symptoms surfaced do not provide relevant insight since health conditions can evolve significantly over time. To suggest someone should eat well and work out in response to unexplored symptoms and then dismiss their concerns as lifestyle-related is frankly irresponsible behavior from healthcare professionals. Isn’t it prudent instead to eliminate possible medical issues before concluding nothing is amiss based solely on no evidence or investigation? While maintaining fitness and good habits is integral for me, ongoing health matters often arise requiring vigilant oversight. Since sharing my concerns about your practice's approach, I've encountered numerous other individuals expressing similar grievances regarding their treatment experiences marked by disinterest among staff members in addressing patient needs adequately—in addition many other complaints concerning various aspects of care provided there. Consequently, I've transitioned my registration over to another medical practice where I'm pleased with how things are managed thus far—a decision I'm grateful for every day.

I have genuinely only ever had good experiences of this Practise. My wife and I consider ourselves lucky in that regard. I am amazed as to why other surgeries are organised so it is difficult to get appointments. This surgery appears to operate a system that went out of fashion years ago!

I'd steer clear of this healthcare provider at all costs. They completely neglected my daughter during a critical health crisis and blocked her path to seeing a specialist. Even when a specialist provided a professional diagnosis, they arrogantly challenged the expert opinion despite their own apparent lack of medical expertise. When she experienced a serious medical incident that necessitated emergency services, they dismissively labeled her symptoms as 'typical' and essentially told her to look up better sleep habits online, sending her home without proper care.

Shocking healthcare failure leaves patient frustrated and unheard

For a medical service that should be exceptional, they are utterly deplorable. I've been suffering for almost 4 weeks, and each time I've been dismissed by the physician, who merely requests a photo of my swollen throat - it's shameful and an absolutely reprehensible way to handle a patient. I'm astounded at how far the NHS has deteriorated, clearly demonstrating they no longer have any genuine concern for their patients.

I'd rate this zero stars if I could, but the system requires at least one! Dr. BRACEY dismisses patient concerns and sidesteps genuine problems. His approach to mental health is dismissive, suggesting a simple walk can cure complex psychological issues! 🤬🤣 The female physician (Dana) is somewhat tolerable, but sadly lacks the ability to address specialized medical needs. I absolutely cannot recommend this medical practice - my experience was thoroughly disappointing!

In fact, I'd argue that a quick online query would provide more meaningful guidance than their so-called professional recommendations.
