Extremely discourteous. I was instructed to reach out to the medical practice and endured a 56-minute phone wait, only to be treated dismissively by the receptionist who seemed to view me as an inconvenience and implied I was wasting their time—which was far from the truth. My entire lunch break has been squandered, along with incurred expenses, and I was addressed in a demeaning manner. This medical office used to provide excellent service.

Disappointing decline in medical care and service

Used to be excellent, but has seriously deteriorated. Medical staff and dispensary personnel display poor attitudes. You'd think they own the medications. Previously a 2-day process, now stretched to 5 days, and they're not even seeing patients, so why the extended delay. When individuals need their medications, sometimes urgently, someone should investigate. Patients don't want to be interrogated every time they make an inquiry. Assign a dedicated staff member to handle calls and communicate professionally, not treating every caller like an inconvenience. Some doctors remain compassionate and caring, but the newer ones are problematic. We've observed a gradual decline. We've been patients here for 9 years and haven't complained before. But we've reached our breaking point now.....
