It is extremely difficult to obtain an appointment at this practice. Prescriptions are not reliably sent to the pharmacy. Staff members frequently promise to call back but fail to do so. This has been my poorest experience with a medical practice.

Phone appointments only despite requesting face to face

Poor service from this practice. I requested an appointment for my child and was told that a clinician would contact us by phone. When I asked whether an in-person visit was possible, I was informed that no face-to-face slots were available. It felt as though the practice was unwilling to accommodate patients who preferred to be seen in person. I have decided to return to the previous practice, as they were able to offer both appointment options.

I had a very negative experience with a member of the reception team. During our interaction, I felt the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful, and I was unable to finish expressing my concerns. When I requested to speak with a practice manager, this request was declined. As someone who works in a healthcare setting myself, I found the manner of communication to be unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. I believe this interaction fell short of the standard of respect and professionalism that should be expected in a medical practice, as these qualities are important for patient confidence and safety. In my view, the reception team would benefit from additional training in professional communication and patient interaction. This experience has been disappointing and has affected my overall impression of the practice.
