Terrible service ruined by one unprofessional receptionist

I called the medical office, and the receptionist named Deborah who picked up was incredibly discourteous and dismissive. She became aggressive, raising her voice and displaying a hostile attitude. Ultimately, she terminated the call abruptly. Thankfully, when I rang back, a very supportive staff member named Tanya answered and efficiently handled my inquiry.

Terrible gp service with rude and unhelpful staff

Utterly ineffective general practice. Since the introduction of their app, securing appointments has become impossible. The app itself is dysfunctional, with telephone consultations being the only available option, and even those require advance booking. When calling at 7:59 am, you're already 19th in the queue, and after 25 minutes of waiting, you're informed that no appointments remain. I'm left with an unfinished treatment, unsure where to seek further assistance or how to communicate the necessity of completing my medical care. Dr. Okobi is hands-down the most discourteous and unprofessional nurse imaginable. She appears disinterested when patients attempt to communicate. During my daughter's immunization, she neglected to wash her hands beforehand and administered the injection extremely painfully. In contrast, my previous GP demonstrated complete professionalism during vaccinations, thoroughly explaining procedures and maintaining proper hygiene. Updated review summer 2023: I've consistently failed to book an appointment for my child. Every call results in being told to try again tomorrow or schedule weeks in advance - which means an appointment in two weeks. I'm astounded they continue operating while providing zero actual assistance, despite citizens paying substantial taxes. Ultimately, I'm forced to go private, spending a minimum of £200 out of pocket. An establishment this fundamentally broken should simply be shut down.

The medical care here is completely unacceptable. Our family has experienced critical health emergencies, and each time we've consulted this doctor, we've been systematically disregarded. The entire process is endlessly frustrating, with no meaningful progress ever being made. During my recent appointment, I was forced to wait while the reception staff casually chatted, seemingly oblivious to my presence despite clearly seeing me. She claimed it was a week too early, but I'm aware that screenings can be done up to 3 months in advance. Her response suggests either deliberate misinformation or a significant lack of professional training. Worst medical experience ever unprofessional staff

This medical practice is utterly appalling. Dr. Haque is hands down the most disrespectful and offensive physician I've ever encountered. Following my mother's recent passing, her demeanor only inflicted additional emotional pain and distress. Stella is equally terrible - her approach during my toddler's vaccination was shockingly unprofessional. She positioned the needles threateningly close to my child's face right on the table's edge, causing visible terror. As someone who works professionally with children, I find their conduct completely unacceptable. They both deserve immediate termination for such deplorable treatment.
